I have received an incorrect item?

For cartridges: Please check the box for codes or model numbers, not all printers are listing on the box. If you remove the item and it looks similar size and shape and the code resembles the original code for the product it probably is the correct item.

When compatibles are manufactured they do not work off the exact same design as originals so they shape and fittings may differ slight.

Please ensure yellow and orange tabs are only removed once you have confirmed you have ordered the correct item as this voids being able to return it. Ensure the cartridges are inserted firmly in place and any covers are clipped down.

For toners please make sure any covers are removed and that your old toner has been taken out of the drum and that our toner is replaced. Sometimes the toner and drum come out together and customers think that this is the part they are replacing.

Everything else: Please check your order confirmation email or online account and confirm what you've ordered is different from what you've received. Items sometimes come in slightly different packaging to what is show on our website but will be the same fundamental product with the same function.
