My order hasn't arrived.

Sorry to hear you've not received your order. First of all please check with neighbours/safe place and that no card has been left by the courier as this will have information on where the item is and how to collect. Internal delays with couriers can be the cause and arrive a day or so late. 

FREE (within 2-3 working days). FREE orders are dispatched same day till 4pm Monday to Friday. Couriers attempt delivery Monday to Saturday. 


£2.95 EXPRESS (within 1-2 working days). EXPRESS orders are dispatched same day till 4pm Monday to Friday. Couriers attempt delivery Monday to Saturday. 


£5.95 PREMIUM (guaranteed next working day). PREMIUM orders are dispatched same day till 4pm Monday to Friday. Couriers attempt delivery Monday to Saturday.


Any order placed on a weekend will not be processed until Monday. Any orders placed on a bank holiday will not be processed until the next working day.


The courier will usually leave small items with your neighbour or in a safe place. If that’s what you’d like, just tell us at the Checkout when we ask for your special delivery instructions. The courier will leave a card with collection point if they are unable to delivery to you, leave the item with a neighbour or in a safe place.
